The only contact information that we get from you is your device id that helps you send relevant promotional information to you. Other than that, our applications do not use any kind of user sensitive information from you. Moreover, the information collected by us is not shared at any platform or with any third party.

Non-personal data means information that, by itself, does not personally identify you. We may collect Non-personal data such as your device model number, operating system version, country code and other properties for purposes of managing the apps and communicating with you.

Location Information

At this point of time, Softech games does not collect any information related to your location. If in future we do get your location, you will be notified with regards to granting location information and the same change will be made to the privacy policy as well.

We may disclose Non-personal data to third parties and/or allow third parties to collect Non-personal data through their own embedded technology. In order to deliver ads to you, the third-party advertising companies may place or recognize unique cookies, anonymous identifiers or similar technology for non-personally identifiable information. We do not collect your log data directly. It is Google with its services that fetches and keeps your log data that is only used by us for analysis purposes only. Google with its services in our applications shares your Log Data information with us. We receive Log Data when you interact with our applications. Softech games uses Log Data to understand user behavior and to measure, customize, and improve our services.

This permission is needed for writing to the external storage of your device when exporting the app data to the device's internal storage.

Camera

We can access camera for take a photo of user in creating her/his photo frame and we cannot access his personal photo or any personal videos.

Permissions We Obtain

Following permissions are used in order to make this application fully functional.

android:android.permission.BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE,

android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE,

android.settings.ACTION_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SETTINGS: We use these three permissions in order to observe and read notifications of the applications that are supported by our service. We read and store data from notification into the user device local storage. We do not own any servers to store such data. The data obtained is stored locally on device and we do not perform any type of processing over that data.

android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, 

android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: We use these permissions to read media files from local storage and store them to local storage in an organized way which can helps us display it later to the user.

android.permission.INTERNET: We use this permission to load Advertisements.

These app uses the following permissions in order for this app to work as required:
android.permission.INTERNET: We Require this permissions to show user ads.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: We use both these permissions to access storage in order to show user the WhatsApp statuses and save what user wishes to and nothing else.
The files mentioned above are processed locally on device, remains on user’s device and are not accessible to us by any mean.

Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
